The Confluence Collective (TCC) is dedicated to fostering a creative community that thrives on learning, collaboration, and critical exploration. Through an ever-evolving range of activities and outreach initiatives, TCC provides a platform for independent practitioners, emerging talents, and seasoned mentors to come together, share knowledge, and explore the power of visual storytelling and research. We work with individuals from under-resourced areas, particularly in the Sikkim-Darjeeling Hills, providing them with the tools and mentorship necessary to grow as visual artists and thinkers.

While the heart of our activities is rooted in the unique landscapes and histories of the Sikkim-Darjeeling Hills, TCC is committed to fostering cross-cultural dialogues that expand our understanding of visual practices in diverse contexts. By connecting local perspectives with global frameworks, we aim to highlight the interconnectedness of visual arts worldwide.

Our programs encourage participants to see beyond regional boundaries, exploring how visual culture can reflect the shared human experience and, at the same time, illuminate the particularities of individual communities. By juxtaposing local, regional, and global viewpoints, we invite fresh ways of thinking about art, history, and identity.
